How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly on our website or call us at +92 332 7864411 to place an order over the phone.

Customer Support Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 11 PM


How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days after being placed. In case of any delays due to stock availability, we will notify you promptly.


How will my parcel be delivered?
Your parcel will be delivered via  Leopards Courier Services, between 08:00 am and 5:00 pm.


Can I have my shoes delivered to a different address?
Yes, you can. Simply select the option for a different delivery address while placing your order.


What are the available payment methods?
We accept the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Online payments via MasterCard or Visa

What if I miss the delivery attempt?
If you miss the delivery attempt, the courier will send a text message to the contact number provided. If the parcel is undelivered, it will be returned to us within 24 hours. You can request a re-delivery by calling +92 332 7864411, and a re-delivery charge may apply.

Please contact us within 1 working day if you haven’t received your order, as we will not be responsible for undelivered orders after that time.


What are the delivery charges?
We charge PKR 250 for orders below Rs. 4000.


Can I request a Saturday delivery?
Yes, we can arrange for Saturday delivery.


Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order. We will send the tracking ID to your email, or you can call us at +92 332 7864411 to get the Tracking ID and track your parcel online.


Can I make changes to my order?
You can modify your order before completing the checkout process. If your order is already placed, please call +92 332 7864411 to make any changes. Please note that changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.


Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order by calling +92 332 7864411 before 1 PM. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Do you store my payment information?
No, Royale Leather does not store any of your payment information. Your payment details are processed directly for security purposes and are never stored.
