TERMS & POLICIES

  • Exchange Policy: Exchanges can be made within 30 working days from the purchase date, provided the item is in its original condition with tags attached.
  • Refund Policy: Customers can request a refund within 4 working days of purchase if the product is in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Invoice Requirement: An original sale invoice is required for any exchange or refund.
  • Product Condition: Used items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or claims.
  • Service Warranty: Royale Leather offers a one-month free service warranty on footwear only; after this period, repair services will incur charges.
  • Sales & Promotional Items: Sales or promotional items are not covered by service warranties and are not eligible for exchanges, refunds, or claims.
  • Accessories: Accessories are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
  • Claim Processing: Claim and repair requests are processed within 15 working days.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds typically require 5 to 10 working days to process.
  • Order Cancellation: In cases where a customer cancels an order without a valid reason after completing an online payment, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will apply.
  • Right to Cancel: Royale Leather reserves the right to cancel orders due to factors such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or declined payments. Once an order has shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent with tracking information.
